PRODUCT AND REFUND POLICY

1. General Terms
   At [mind+body], customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the conditions outlined below. This return and refund policy complies with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.
2. Return and Refund Conditions

2.1. You may return a product within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2.2. Before initiating a return, you must send an email to info@plusmindbody.com, including the product invoice number and order number, along with a brief explanation of your reason for return.

2.3. After receiving your request, [mind+body] will provide instructions on where and how to return the product.

2.4. The product must be returned complete with all accessories and in its original, undamaged packaging, using our designated courier service or delivered in person to the specified address.

2.5. If returning via courier, you must notify us of the courier details at info@plusmindbody.com.

1. Return Process and Shipping Rules

3.1. If a product is sent back without prior approval, the return may not be accepted.

3.2. If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, check the contents in the presence of the courier. If the product is damaged, request a damage report from the courier and do not accept the package.

3.3. Once the product has been accepted, it is assumed that the courier has fulfilled its duty. If there is damage due to transportation, a damage report is required for any refund request.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Items with damaged, missing, or tampered packaging
• Products received with shipping damage but accepted without a courier damage report

If any signs of use, damage, or modification are detected, the return will not be approved.

1. Refund Process

5.1. Returned products will be inspected by the [mind+body] team for compliance with return conditions.

5.2. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

5.3. Credit card refunds may take 2-3 weeks to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5.4. For payments made via bank transfer/EFT, the customer must provide accurate and complete banking details.
